February: Group training at Campus Solna – every Tuesday and Thursday

Invitation by Akademiska Hus: Take the chance to recharge and boost your energy!
At Campus Solna, Akademiska Hus offers free training sessions every week, led by professional coaches from Urban Tribes.
The sessions are open to everyone working och studying on Campus Solna – regardless of fitness level – and aim to bring energy and wellbeing into your day.
Circuit traning – every Tuesday
A full-body workout where you rotate through different stations with exercises focusing on strength, mobility, and recovery – such as bodyweight training, resistance bands, and core exercises. A perfect break in the middle of your day to boost both energy and focus.
Time: 11.30 AM
Training time: 60 minutes
Location: the pétanque courts located in the Pelousen area

Yoga sessions – every Thursday
Whether you are a beginner or experienced in yoga, you are most welcome. Our classes are designed to make everyone feel comfortable and inspired. Here you will have the opportunity to strengthen your body, improve your mobility, and find a moment of calm in the midst of everyday life. Bring: Your own yoga mat.
