More labs & offices will be available on Campus Solna in 2024. On June 1st, Akademiska hus arranged a preview of the building. Address: Nanna Svartz väg 4 (the building opposite to Innomedicum).
About 90 companies have already discovered Campus Solna and joined the life science community. Now Akademiska Hus are rebuilding and modernizing yet another building, Fysiologen. Move-in starts in autumn 2024.
– We are very happy about the investment in the building that Akademiska Hus are doing. We have seen a surge in employee count across several companies, consequently intensifying the demand for additional lab and office space. New premises offer opportunities for expansion and also offer the opportunity to welcome more companies onto the campus and become part of the KI Science Park, says Sara Gunnerås, COO KI Science Park.
Fysiologen also offers amenities such as a café and digital reception. On the ground floor there is a spacious lounge for relaxation and spontaneous meetings, as well as several large meeting rooms. For those who want to enjoy the sun, there is an outdoor terrace perfect for lunch and coffee breaks. In addition, there are changing rooms on the floor below for those who cycle to work or want to exercise during lunch.
